Compact Design
The TP-54 solo heat press is a great work-horse for the jobbing printer. The smooth sliding table mechanism enables you to work safely and efficiently in a busy or confined workroom where bench space is limited as very little space is required at the sides. The sliding table design makes it impossible to touch any of the hot parts of the press by accident. Your substrate and transfer paper can be positioned on the open platen without obstruction or exposure to heat emanating from the heated platen.
Like all Schuster presses the TP-54 heat press is manufactured from the highest quality materials and components to ensure long life, cast aluminium plates and non-stick sheet metal, and digital temperature and time control for user friendly operation.
Efficient Operation
T-Series heat presses operates pneumatically to ensure efficient and consistent pressure across the platen. The heat press opens automatically once printing time is complete, leaving the operator free to ready the next piece for pressing. The TP-54 heat press has a large vat beneath the platen to protect and contain textiles during the pressing process.
Versatile and Adaptable
Schuster sliding table heat presses are not only useful for sublimation transfer printing, but are also highly suitable for flock coating and drying of directly printed materials.
The TP-54 Solo heat press is equipped with handles for easy transportation which is great for seasonal users or mobile operations. Base plates for the T-Series are available in various sizes for suit many applications. The TP-54 Solo can also be upgraded to a double sliding table so you can load the next piece while the first station is being pressed, dramatically increasing production.

Efficient Operation
TP-54-Twin heat press possesses a smooth-running sliding table with two working areas which can be pulled out on both sides. The sliding technique and the large distance between the two working areas provide very quick, safe and comfortable manufacturing. The heat press opens automatically once printing time is complete, leaving the operator free to ready the next piece for pressing. The TP-54 heat press has a large vat beneath the platen to protect and contain textiles during the pressing process.
Safe and Reliable
The sliding table design makes it impossible to touch any of the hot parts of the press by accident. Your substrate and transfer medium can be positioned on the open platen without obstruction or exposure to heat emanating from the heated platen. The TP-54 heat press operates pneumatically to ensure efficient and consistent pressure across the platen and requires very little physical input from the operator.
Like all Schuster presses the TP-54 heat press is manufactured from the highest quality materials and components to ensure long life, cast aluminium plates and non-stick sheet metal, and digital temperature and time control for user friendly operation.
